Meet

Hi, I’m Claudia Ghadimi, Founder of Nutrition With Mi and a certified foodie.

My journey into nutrition coaching began with a desire to truly understand what I was putting into my body and why it mattered.

In 2024, I started experiencing health issues linked to inflammation. Before undergoing investigation, I made the decision to take control of my lifestyle and prioritise my health, whatever the outcome.

 

I love socialising and eating out, so it was important for me to find a balanced approach that allowed me to enjoy life while also listening to what my body needed.

This led me to study nutrition in depth, learning how the body responds to food and how nutrition supports long-term health. In 2025, I qualified as a nutrition coach, enabling me to support others through personalised, sustainable lifestyle adaptations.

I’ve been passionate about food for over a decade, and cooking brings me genuine joy. Nutrition With Mi is my way of sharing that love of food while helping clients understand what they’re consuming, feel confident in their choices, and improve their health without restriction. My approach to nutrition coaching is not about obsession or perfection, but about building a healthy mindset that supports balance, enjoyment, and wellbeing.
