This 12-week nutrition coaching plan is ideal for those who need longer-term guidance, structure, and accountability to create meaningful and lasting change. Whether you have a specific goal such as weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance, or you’re looking for a deeper, more sustainable approach to improving your relationship with food and health, this programme offers the time and support needed to do just that. Over 12 weeks, you’ll work closely with Claudia to build confidence around food choices, develop a healthier mindset, and create routines that support your lifestyle rather than restrict it. This extended timeframe allows space for real-life challenges, habit-building, reflection, and adjustment - key components of successful nutrition coaching. By the end of the programme, you may have achieved your initial goal or be well on your way towards it. More importantly, you’ll have a strong understanding of how to build and maintain sustainable habits, enabling you to instinctively prioritise your health without overthinking or relying on rigid rules. Nutrition will begin to feel more natural, balanced, and intuitive. Nutrition coaching is about re-programming the way you view food, your body, and your health. It focuses on long-term behaviour change rather than short-term results, helping you move away from cycles of restriction, bingeing, and yo-yo dieting. Claudia is a qualified nutrition coach, with additional training in behaviour change and a recognised life coaching certification. This holistic approach ensures you receive support not only with nutrition, but also with motivation, mindset, and self-confidence - giving you the tools to continue making positive choices long after the 12 weeks are complete. - Initial 60 minute call (week 1) - A 40 minute call every other week - Action plans sent to you after each call - Ongoing support during clinic hours via our client platform - Access to the client platform where you can log your journey in real time - Recipe e-book Book your introduction call today!
