In a world filled with constant health and nutrition advice, it can be difficult to know what information to trust. The term “nutritionist” is not a protected title, meaning anyone can use it, so it’s important to choose qualified, evidence-based nutrition coaching.
I'm a qualified nutrition coach, certified through the Royal Society of Public Health in 2025. I also hold a recognised qualification in life coaching. This combined approach allows me to support both your nutritional needs and the mindset required for long-term lifestyle change.
Nutrition coaching is not about quick fixes, fad diets, or restrictive yo-yo dieting. It’s about understanding how food works with your body to support energy, health, and overall wellbeing. By making small, sustainable changes and adapting your lifestyle in a way that works for you, lasting results become achievable.
We only get one body, and taking care of it is essential. My goal is to help you feel confident in your food choices, improve your health, and build habits that last.
